Providing privacy and solar access to living areas on the south of the dwelling hiding behind a second storey studio, was a challenge overcome through the employment of a private courtyard & clerestory windows. Featuring reverse brick veneer walls, polished concrete floors, double glazing and a modern architectural form, this residence will transform the streetscape in what is a progressive suburb by the end of 2011.
